Abstract This chapter systematically demolishes the thesis of W. O. Walker, which has three elements: (a) 1 Cor 11: 2–16 was not originally part of 1 Cor; it is an interpolation. (b) It is composed of three originally independent texts, (c) none of which was written by Paul. Subsequently Walker wrote another article to reinforce his position, and its new arguments are also rejected in the Postscript, which in addition refutes a similar interpolation hypothesis put forward by C. Mount.
