Abstract Samaritan amulets, inscribed with Samaritan inscriptions, are known in the research since the early 20th century. The common types, from the late Roman Byzantine periods, are mainly bronze leaf-shaped pendants and octagonal finger-rings inscribed with several biblical phrases. The following paper presents a new type of Samaritan amulet made of a round, thin piece of bronze, inscribed with two biblical phrases only, and pierced.
